Radon Mitigation in Hygiene, CO

Hygiene is a small rural community between Longmont and Lyons, with farmhouses, acreage homes and older houses built over the years in stages. Additions often sit on a different foundation from the original house, so one part of a home can test higher than another.

We test the lowest lived-in level, look at every foundation type in the house, and design one system that covers it.

Older farmhouses sometimes have partial basements, root cellars or fieldstone foundation walls, which let soil gas in through more openings than a modern slab. Sealing those openings is part of the job. A post-mitigation test confirms the whole house is covered, not just the part with the suction point. Call (720) 790-3231.
