Radon Fan Repair
Get an existing radon system pulling again.
A radon fan runs around the clock and typically lasts about 5 to 10 years. When it fails, the system stops protecting your home, and nothing inside the house will tell you.
Check the U-tube manometer on the vent pipe. If the liquid on both sides is level, the fan isn't pulling. A fan that has gotten loud, a rattling pipe or a tripped alarm usually means the same thing.
We replace failed fans, fix leaking or blocked pipe, and check the whole system so you know it's working again. Call (720) 790-3231.

Most repairs are quick.
A properly sized, sealed radon fan in place of the failed one.
Mounting fixes, mufflers or moving the fan so you stop hearing it.
Cracked joints, loose couplings or a blocked pipe that kill suction.
Adding a fan to a passive radon pipe so it actively pulls.
| Job | Typical Range |
|---|---|
| Fan replacement or repair | $100 – $900 |
| Activating a passive pipe | $650 – $900 |
Depends on the fan model and how hard the fan is to reach.
We check the manometer, seals and exhaust point, not just the fan.
If the system was down for a while, we recommend a retest to confirm levels.
